PRICING INFORMATION

Nicker’s saddles are Canadian made, shipped from Canada, and priced in Canadian dollars. Price in US dollars is calculated using the Currency Converter and adding the 3% currency conversion fee.

Do-it-Yourself Example: A customer purchases a Hybrid saddle for 1085.00 plus 50.00 shipping for a total of 1135.00 CAD. Using the conversion calculator on 11/25/07 notice that 1135.00 CAD converts to 1146.92 USD. Then multiply 1146.92 by .03 (the 3% conversion fee), which is 34.41. Add 1146.92 and 34.41 for a total of 1181.33 USD.

The CAD fluctuates frequently in small increments making it necessary to check the Currency Converter on the day of purchase. Accessories are American and in USD. Only Nickers saddles are priced CND.

ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and handling is 60.00 to 70.00 depending on your location. Order time varies 4 to 6 weeks. Very often there are in-stocks available. Contact us for a list of in-stocks. We have Demos available for trial purposes.

SENSATION JUMP - 1100.00 (CND)

The Sensation Jump Model features a forward cut
flap to accomodate a shorter stirrup and more
forward riding position.

The JUMP comes standard with a reduced pommel and the english trail cantle, giving the rider a more open feeling seat with lots of room to adjust to a comfortable, close contact jumping position.

Comes with G3 Rigging and a G4 seat, giving it a classy show-ring ready look and allowing lots of adjustment most ideal for riding with a shorter stirrup.

NOTE: This saddle has not been tested for heights above 3 ft - always ride with caution
and an approved safety helmet, especially
when jumping!

SENSATION WESTLISH REBEL - $1400 CAD

The Sensation Westlish Rebel is the newest model in the Sensation line, and is actually a clever combination of two popular models.  The name comes from Dana's daughter, Samantha, who coined the term "westlish" to describe her riding style: a little bit english, and a little bit western!

We often have riders who love the Hybrid, but really miss the feeling of those "wrap around"  fenders against the leg, rather than a more english style  stirrup leather. The Westlish Rebel is a daring combination of the best of both worlds - the Hybrid base with the Seat and fenders of the Sensation Western!

The Westlish comes standard with G4 Rigging, and also a pommel bolster to create that deep, western feeling pocket for your seat.

9 Rings allow you to attach just about anything to your Rebel, but like our other models, you can certainly add more if desired! Seat sizes are available from 16" - 17".

SADDLE COLOR OPTIONS - Many different color combinations are available.

• The base of the saddle (everything except the seat, knee and thigh roll) is typically made with black or brown leather but other leathers are also available such as Crazyhorse, see picture #2, Moutaineer, see picture #3 (NuBuck suede). Black Nubuck is also a choice. Leathers for the flap vary in their degrees of grip. Call for explaination.
• The seat, knee and thigh rolls are offered in a variety of leathers and colors as seen below. Suede seats typically in black, chocolate or nubuck make good choices for increased seat grip.
• A fun chameleon color package is offered for 100.00 extra. The pommel handle, stirrup tubes, and seat with cantle binding are all in one color.
• Email for pictures of various leather colors until we can get all the current colors up on our website. New leathers are constantly being offered so email or call to find out what is available.

2 ) To Order the Correct-sized Saddle:

17" Standard price, then a 17.5" = the Standard price + $30
This is equal to the "Set-back" option. The pattern is altered but not hand cut.

18" = Standard price + 10% of the cost of the saddle - hand-cut
18.5" = Standard price + 10% of the cost of the saddle - hand cut

When ordering, the seat size is entered in the "Saddle Size" area of the order form and the 10% hand cut charge is applied. This makes things easier to get the right-sized saddle!

3 ) Lengthening Flaps:

The Lengthen Flap option is custom and also requires the pattern to be hand cut to avoid distorting the saddle. To lengthen the flap a charge of 10% of the saddle is applied, for example:

Hybrid with 1" lengthened flap is $1085 + $108.50 = $1193.50

The Shortened flap option does not require hand cutting. It remains the same charge as listed on the price list.

4 ) Combining Options:

Generally, riders ordering a larger seat will also order longer flaps. If ordering both a lengthened flap AND a custom seat size, only one 10% hand cut charge is applied.
